    With more than 25 years in construction, Claudio Marcelo Navarro leads CNG Contracting with hands-on experience and a deep commitment to quality, honesty and lasting value. He started in the 1990s as a handyman and framer in Ajax, Ontario, and built his career from the ground up.

    Before founding CNG in 2005, he worked with Canadian builders including Minto Homes and Falcon Crest Homes, and became a licensed inspector and a member of the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA). His knowledge of Ontario’s building standards shapes how every CNG project is planned and checked.

    Jorge Ayora

    Electrical Supervisor and Managing Partner

    Jorge Ayora has more than 14 years of experience as a licensed electrician on residential and commercial projects. From his first day as an apprentice he was hands-on, managing crews and building projects from the ground up.

    As CNG’s Electrical Supervisor and Project Manager, he oversees the planning, execution and safety of all electrical work on our sites and makes sure everything meets code. Clients know him for staying calm under pressure and solving problems on the spot.

    I take pride in making sure every wire, every connection and every detail is done right.

    With more than 10 years in plumbing, Anwar Samar leads CNG’s Plumbing Division. His calm, respectful manner and clean work have earned the trust of teammates and clients alike.

    He has worked on everything from large commercial developments to full residential renovations, and he is the kind of project manager who gets it right the first time.

    Managing Partner, Concrete Division Lead

    Claudio D. Navarro leads CNG’s Concrete Division and guides projects from concept to completion, making sure every foundation is structurally sound and carefully built.

    He began as a general and rough carpenter with firms such as UCC Group, Beltrano Landscape, D. Martino Construction and Orin Contractors, then moved into senior supervisory roles, including time with PCL Construction on large commercial projects.
