You choose a Silver, Gold or Platinum plan and pay once a year. When something covered by your plan needs attention, you call us and we come to fix it, in any season. We review your home with you first so the plan fits your property.
Each package prepares your home before the season changes. In winter that includes checking the heating so you have a worry-free season; in fall, clearing leaves and protecting outdoor faucets. The exact work depends on the package you choose.
