Long story short: great job 👍 So, my bathroom mirror/cabinet door has been sagging on one side more and more ever since I moved in years ago. One past repair job seemed to just be delaying the inevitable. Samuel showed up on time, showed me why those hinges weren't working (you can see weird extra screws in the “before” pic), added a securing plate to compensate for the mount not being strong enough on its own, and even filled in an unrelated gap in the bathroom caulking I hadn't noticed. Works perfectly now. Highly recommended!

I needed the PVC window sill ledge on my condo repaired. After trying multiple different contractors, nobody was willing to take on the job, but CNG was able to diagnose the issue and work required same day that I called and scheduled a technician (Samuel) who came promptly, took measurements, gave me multiple good options for repairs without being pushy or upselling and completed the work same day. We hired CNG Contracting for a full home and basement renovation of our bungalow, which included disability-friendly access, new electrical throughout the house, new water lines from the city to the house, and new sewage lines to the city main connections. The project started on January 1st and was completed on March 20th, right on schedule.
From the initial planning and design to the final inspection and handover, Claudio and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Most importantly, he was patient and helped complete the details to claim the appropriate disability rebates and refunds.
