Yes. Choose up to five services in the form and describe everything in one request. We plan the visit so the technician brings what each job needs.
Yes. Tick “My job is not on the list”, describe it in your own words and add photos if you can. We tell you if it is something we do. You can also send it on WhatsApp.
Yes. Changing the day with at least 48 hours’ notice is free. Late changes or cancellations may have a coordination fee, as set out in the booking terms.
It covers the travel and the technician’s time to check the job properly, so the price you approve is the real one. It is only charged if you choose a guaranteed date, and it can be credited on approved jobs of $1,000 or more before taxes.
