In many bathrooms built in the 1970s and 80s, water has been getting behind the tile for years. We open the wall, replace whatever has rotted and install a waterproofing membrane before the new tile goes up.
A door that hits the toilet and a vanity with no counter space are common in townhomes and condos. We rework the layout and only move plumbing when it gives you real room back.
An old fan that barely moves air leaves moisture on every surface and slowly damages paint and grout. We fit a quiet fan sized for the room and duct it to the outside. If the rest of the bathroom is fine, an exhaust fan replacement on its own fixes it.
A high tub edge and a slippery floor turn a daily routine into a worry. We build walk-in showers with a low or no curb, grab bars, non-slip tile and a bench where it fits.

We hired CNG Contracting for a full home and basement renovation of our bungalow, which included disability-friendly access, new electrical throughout the house, new water lines from the city to the house, and new sewage lines to the city main connections. The project started on January 1st and was completed on March 20th, right on schedule.

We had a leak in our basement in May of 2022 which caused quite a bit of damage, this was mainly used as a play area for my two sons ages 5 and 2. With a lot of back and forth for months with the preferred insurance company’s contractor which clearly showed a lack of urgency on their part to repair the damages and frankly silently refused the work.
Giving the preferred insurance company’s every opportunity to fix the damages I was forced to find my own contractor in mid October of 2022 (yes, you read correctly 5 months later). With no where to turn I did a google search and came across Claudio’s company CNG Contracting. At first, I was hesitant and gave Claudio a high-level outline of my situation, which he was very honest and direct with me which put me at ease. Once he understood the situation, he came over to assess the damage and I have to say I was very impressed!
He explained how the process works and how he operates. You will receive an estimate with a timeline and cost brake down. You’ll also receive pictures showing the progression of the project (start, middle and finish). You get a real time update as to how things are going from day to day which was VERY accurate! Claudio’s crew was very clean, polite, courteous and their craftsmanship speaks for itself as it at a very high level!
