With over 25 years in the construction industry, Claudio Marcelo Navarro leads CNG Contracting with hands-on experience and a deep commitment to quality, honesty, and lasting value. Starting in the 1990s as a handyman and framer in Ajax, Ontario, Claudio built his career from the ground up, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and a belief in doing things right.

Before founding CNG in 2005, he worked with some of Canada’s top builders, including Minto Homes and Falcon Crest Homes, and earned his certification as a licensed inspector and OBOA member. His attention to detail and knowledge of Ontario’s building standards ensure that every project CNG takes on meets the highest levels of quality and compliance.

Claudio’s leadership is built on trust. He empowers his team to work with the same pride and ownership as if the company were their own, an approach that has helped CNG grow through honesty, hard work, and strong relationships with every client.

Jorge Ayora brings over 14 years of experience as a licensed electrician, with a strong track record in both residential and commercial projects across the GTA and surrounding areas. From his very first day as an apprentice, Jorge has been hands-on in managing crews and contributing to projects from the ground up, earning respect through hard work, leadership, and deep technical knowledge.

Now serving as CNG Contracting’s Electrical Supervisor and Project Manager, Jorge oversees the planning, execution, and safety of all electrical work on our job sites. Whether it's a full-scale renovation or a custom installation, he ensures everything runs smoothly, meets code, and exceeds expectations.

Known for his calm under pressure and practical problem-solving, Jorge is a reliable expert on-site and someone our clients trust to get the job done right. His ability to lead teams, coordinate with other trades, and keep projects on track makes him a key part of CNG’s commitment to quality and accountability.

With over 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Anwar Samar leads CNG Contracting’s Plumbing Division with a steady hand and a commitment to excellence. Since graduating and joining the field, his calm, respectful demeanour and clean work ethic have set him apart, earning the trust of both teammates and clients alike.

Anwar has played a key role in a wide range of projects, from large-scale commercial developments to full residential renovations. His ability to adapt, lead, and consistently deliver high-quality results makes him an essential part of CNG’s success. Whether overseeing complex plumbing systems or working one-on-one with homeowners, Anwar brings knowledge, precision, and professionalism to every job.

With nearly two decades of experience shaping the built environment, Claudio D. Navarro brings more than technical skill to every project, he brings vision, care, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As Managing Partner and head of the Concrete Division at CNG Contracting, Claudio is the steady hand guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring each foundation is not only structurally sound but thoughtfully executed.

His career began on the ground level, mastering the craft as a general and rough carpenter with top-tier firms such as UCC Group, Beltrano Landscape, D. Martino Construction, and Orin Contractors. Claudio’s talent and leadership potential quickly propelled him into senior supervisory roles, including time with PCL Construction, one of Canada’s most prestigious builders. There, he refined his expertise overseeing large-scale commercial projects, where quality, coordination, and client trust were paramount.

At CNG Contracting, Claudio leads every concrete and structural initiative with a rare blend of hands-on precision and big-picture strategy. Clients appreciate his ability to listen closely, translate complex ideas into practical designs, and deliver results that stand the test of time, both in durability and beauty. Although she works primarily on weekends, her impact is felt every day of the week. With 20 years at CNG, Gabriela has become known for her exceptional logistical skills and dedication to getting things done right.

Her ability to organize, coordinate, and anticipate project needs has helped streamline our service process, and she’s passed that same high standard on by training other team members to follow her lead. Gabriela’s calm, methodical approach and sharp attention to detail ensure that clients stay informed and satisfied long after the project is completed.

As the welcoming voice of CNG Contracting, Mariana Navarro plays a vital role in ensuring our clients always feel informed, supported, and valued. At just 17, she brings a unique blend of energy, creativity, and professionalism to the team, proving that dedication and talent have no age limit.

Mariana has been assisting with customer service and administrative support for two years, helping to coordinate schedules, communicate project updates, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and bilingual communication skills allow her to connect effortlessly with both clients and team members in English and Spanish.

Beyond her administrative role, Mariana also collaborates on the creative side of the business. She contributes to advertising campaigns, helps develop content ideas for social media, and supports logo and graphic design projects—adding a fresh and modern touch to our brand identity.
