Home care plans cover a set of repairs and visits through the year. Seasonal packages get the house ready before the weather turns.
It depends on the job, the materials and the access. For services booked online, you see the visit details before you confirm. For anything else, we agree the scope and the price with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How quickly can you come?
We usually confirm a booking within two business hours by email or phone, with the earliest time available. For urgent problems we try to come the same day when the schedule and the job allow it. Jobs that need special materials are booked once the materials are ready.
Do I need a technical visit first?
Only when the job needs it, for example when there may be hidden damage, measurements are needed or the work is custom. A technician inspects the area, takes measurements and photos, and you receive the scope, timeline and material options in writing. Any visit cost is shown before you confirm the booking.
What does a fixed price mean?
Once the scope is defined, the price does not change unless you approve a change or we find a hidden condition that could not be seen before, such as rot behind a wall. If that happens, we stop, show you photos and explain the options before going on.
Are materials included?
For services marked as including materials, standard parts and consumables are covered. For custom work, such as built-ins, we can price it with our materials or with materials you supply, and we tell you exactly what is needed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free. Late cancellations may have a coordination fee. If weather or safety gets in the way, we offer the closest new time.
What warranty do you give?
Our handyman work has a two-year workmanship warranty. If something we did isn't right, call (647) 669-7346 or email handyman-pro@cngcontracting.com and we schedule a visit to fix it.

Yes. We work in houses, condos, rentals, offices and retail spaces, and we offer maintenance plans, priority response and consolidated invoicing for multiple units or locations.
