Larger jobs may require material lead times if so, we coordinate the earliest visit that avoids delays once on site.

3) How do you price projects and what does “fixed price” mean?

After the assessment we define a clear scope of work (tasks, inclusions, timeline, and material assumptions). Your quote reflects that scope as a fixed price it won’t change unless you approve a scope change or we uncover a hidden condition that wasn’t visible during inspection (e.g., concealed rot).
