Decks, concrete, siding and roofs built to handle Ontario winters. When a deck or a new structure needs a permit, we take care of it.
A basement can become a family room, a home gym or a legal second unit that brings in rent. We frame, insulate and finish the space, add the bathroom and the separate entrance, and build the fire separations and escape windows the city asks for.

When we first met Claudio, we had a great experience as he walked us through the entire project process according to what we needed; he made a drawing on the spot and accurately created the estimate.

At the end of the project, we had a Professional (PDI) inspection and warranty included for any minor adjustments or touch-ups needed, as well as a 2-YEAR WARRANTY for all our plumbing / electrical and HVAC installed AND INSPECTED by CNG.

We had a leak in our basement in May of 2022 which caused quite a bit of damage, this was mainly used as a play area for my two sons ages 5 and 2. With a lot of back and forth for months with the preferred insurance company’s contractor which clearly showed a lack of urgency on their part to repair the damages and frankly silently refused the work.
Giving the preferred insurance company’s every opportunity to fix the damages I was forced to find my own contractor in mid October of 2022 (yes, you read correctly 5 months later). With no where to turn I did a google search and came across Claudio’s company CNG Contracting. At first, I was hesitant and gave Claudio a high-level outline of my situation, which he was very honest and direct with me which put me at ease. Once he understood the situation, he came over to assess the damage and I have to say I was very impressed!
He explained how the process works and how he operates. You will receive an estimate with a timeline and cost brake down. You’ll also receive pictures showing the progression of the project (start, middle and finish). You get a real time update as to how things are going from day to day which was VERY accurate! Claudio’s crew was very clean, polite, courteous and their craftsmanship speaks for itself as it at a very high level!
I would highly recommend CNG Contracting as they do what they say and follow through. CNG Contracting is one of the good guys!

Long story short: great job 👍 So, my bathroom mirror/cabinet door has been sagging on one side more and more ever since I moved in years ago. One past repair job seemed to just be delaying the inevitable. Samuel showed up on time, showed me why those hinges weren’t working (you can see weird extra screws in the “before” pic), added a securing plate to compensate for the mount not being strong enough on its own, and even filled in an unrelated gap in the bathroom caulking I hadn’t noticed. Works perfectly now. Highly recommended!
I needed the PVC window sill ledge on my condo repaired. After trying multiple different contractors, nobody was willing to take on the job, but CNG was able to diagnose the issue and work required same day that I called and scheduled a technician (Samuel) who came promptly, took measurements, gave me multiple good options for repairs without being pushy or upselling and completed the work same day. Excellent service and great staff. Highly recommend for any home repair or renovation needs

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of having Claudio renovate our main floor and roof. While the reno process can be stressful, Claudio was there to help us every step of the way. It was clear early on that Claudio was thorough (spent 2+ hours with us building a detailed project plan, in person, before we signed a contract), communicative (shared updates with us almost daily and always responded to questions quickly), personable (friendly, easy to talk to and explained everything) and an overall fantastic contractor (quality final product and everything was on schedule).

While other contractors took weeks to respond and estimated 3-6 months before they could even start, Claudio started the project one week after we signed! From signature to completion the project took only six weeks, an impressive feat considering the amount of work we had done.

A standard bathroom starts at $25,000 and takes 3 to 4 weeks. Walk-in showers, heated floors or moving the plumbing change the price, and we list each item in the quote.
Most basements we finish cost between $40 and $60 per square foot, with about 3 weeks of construction. A basement apartment adds the separate entrance and the fire separations, so we price it after a visit.
Yes. When the job needs a permit, we prepare the drawings, apply for it with the city and book the inspections. The permit is included in the written quote.
Usually, yes. On larger renovations we can work in stages so you keep a kitchen or a bathroom working, and we protect the floors and close off the work area every day.
Yes. Basements carry a 5-year workmanship warranty and bathrooms up to 5 years. The written quote states the warranty for your project.
