A certified CNG Contracting technician inspects the work area, takes measurements and photos, checks access, safety, and any constraints (power, water, ventilation), and discusses your goals, style, and finishes. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a clearly defined scope, timeline, and material options. Even if you choose not to proceed, you keep the written findings and recommendations.

2) How quickly will my booking be confirmed and when can you come?

We typically confirm within 2 business hours by email or phone with the earliest available time window. For urgent issues, we try to offer same day response when scheduling and scope allow. Larger jobs may require material lead times if so, we coordinate the earliest visit that avoids delays once on site.

3) How do you price projects and what does “fixed price” mean?

After the assessment we define a clear scope of work (tasks, inclusions, timeline, and material assumptions). Your quote reflects that scope as a fixed price it won’t change unless you approve a scope change or we uncover a hidden condition that wasn’t visible during inspection (e.g., concealed rot). Any change is documented with photos and options before proceeding.

4) What cleanliness and protection standards do you follow?

We protect floors and high-traffic areas, isolate dust where needed, and remove debris at the end of the day. We aim to minimize disruption to your routine. At handover, we complete a quality checklist and, when appropriate, share before-and-after photos for your records.

5) Are materials included, or do I need to purchase them?

For services labeled “materials included”, standard consumables and parts are covered. For custom work (e.g., built-ins), we can price both CNG-supplied materials and client-supplied materials. We’ll specify makes, quantities, and compatibility to ensure durability and code compliance.

6) Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice is free. Short-notice cancellations may incur a coordination fee. If weather or health/safety concerns arise, we prioritize safety and offer the closest new slot available.

7) What warranty do you provide and how is after-service handled?

8) Do you serve commercial properties or work with property managers?

9) Can you advise on accessibility upgrades for seniors or people with reduced mobility?

Absolutely. We design and install grab bars, threshold ramps, wider doorways, anti-slip flooring, walk-in shower rails, and more. We assess reach, transfer zones, and path-of-travel to reduce fall risk and increase independence. We’ll explain pros/cons, maintenance, and lifespan of each option.

Long story short: great job 👍 So, my bathroom mirror/cabinet door has been sagging on one side more and more ever since I moved in years ago. One past repair job seemed to just be delaying the inevitable. Samuel showed up on time, showed me why those hinges weren't working (you can see weird extra screws in the “before” pic), added a securing plate to compensate for the mount not being strong enough on its own, and even filled in an unrelated gap in the bathroom caulking I hadn't noticed. Works perfectly now. Highly recommended!

We hired CNG Contracting for a full home and basement renovation of our bungalow, which included disability-friendly access, new electrical throughout the house, new water lines from the city to the house, and new sewage lines to the city main connections. The project started on January 1st and was completed on March 20th, right on schedule.
