Replacing bathroom fixtures without renovating

You don't have to renovate the whole bathroom to make it work better. Replacing a faucet, toilet, vanity, mirror or towel bar can fix leaks and wear, and the room feels newer with far less work.

  • A faucet drips or the handle is stiff.
  • The toilet runs, rocks or has a crack.
  • The vanity base is swollen or the doors don't close.
  • The medicine cabinet or mirror has rust or loose hinges.
  • The showerhead or tub spout is crusted with scale.

What to check before you buy

The easiest swaps use the same connections. Check the number of faucet holes in the sink, the distance from the wall to the toilet bolts (most toilets use 12 inches), and the width of the vanity space. If a new fixture needs the pipes moved inside the wall, that is a bigger job we price separately. If you're unsure, list the model in the booking form and we confirm it fits before the visit.

Can you install a toilet or vanity I bought?

Yes. Tell us the model in the booking form and we check that it fits your space and connections before the visit.

Do you take the old fixtures away?

Yes. The old toilet, vanity, sink or faucet goes with us, and we clean the area.

What if the shut-off valve under the sink doesn't work?

Old valves often seize or leak when turned. If one fails, we stop, show you, and agree on replacing it before we continue.

Can you replace several fixtures in one visit?

Yes. A faucet, toilet and accessories are often done together. List everything in the booking form so we plan the time.

Can a new toilet go where the old one was?
