Touch-ups stand out when the paint, sheen or roller differs from the original. We match the colour and sheen and blend the edges, or repaint the wall corner to corner when that is the only clean fix.
Colour changes with daylight, bulbs and the walls around it. We put up large samples so you can see them morning and evening before deciding.
Furniture, bags and kids leave marks that cleaning won't remove. We fill dents, prime where needed and touch up so the spots are hard to find.

Why paint touch-ups sometimes show
A touch-up that looks perfect while wet can show as a dull or shiny patch once it dries. That is rarely about the colour alone. Sheen, the age of the paint on the wall and how it was applied all play a part.
Why a spot stands out
- The new paint has a different sheen, for example eggshell over flat.
- The original paint has faded or yellowed over the years.
- The patch was not primed, so it absorbs paint differently.
- A brush was used where the wall was rolled.
Choosing a colour with confidence
Small paint chips are hard to judge. A colour usually looks darker on a full wall than on a card, and north-facing rooms tend to make colours look cooler. The most reliable method is to try large samples on two or three walls and look at them in daylight and at night. If you have leftover paint or the name of the original colour, keep it, because it makes matching much easier. When a match is not possible, painting the wall from corner to corner often gives the cleanest result.

Can you match paint without the original can?
Usually, yes. We take a small chip to have the colour matched, then test it on a hidden spot before touching up.
Why would you repaint a whole wall for a small mark?
If the old paint has faded or the sheen can't be matched, a spot touch-up will show. Painting from corner to corner gives an even finish.
How many colour samples should I try?
Two or three is usually enough. Big samples on more than one wall tell you more than a dozen small chips.
Can you help me pick colours for the whole house?
Yes. We look at how the rooms connect and suggest colours that work together, then you decide with samples on the walls.
Do I need to move furniture for touch-ups?
Only away from the spots we are working on. We can move light pieces and cover floors and furniture before we start.
