Do you recycle the debris?

Yes. We don't just dump everything in a landfill. We sort recyclable materials like metal, wood, and cardboard and take them to proper transfer stations to minimize environmental impact.

Are there items you cannot take?

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul hazardous materials such as asbestos, liquid paints, chemicals, fuel, or pressurized tanks. We can, however, advise you on how to dispose of these safely.

After the assessment we define a clear scope of work (tasks, inclusions, timeline, and material assumptions). Your quote reflects that scope as a fixed price it won’t change unless you approve a scope change or we uncover a hidden condition that wasn’t visible during inspection (e.g., concealed rot).
