What is happening with your gutters?
Choose the one closest to your situation.
Usually leaves and grit block the gutter or the downspout outlet. We clear it and run water through to confirm it flows.
Seeds sprout in the wet debris that sits in the gutter. We remove it all, bag it and take it away.
Debris and ice add weight, and straps or hangers pull loose. Once the gutter is clean, we show you the sagging sections and quote re-securing them.

How often to clean your gutters
Gutters carry rain off the roof and away from the house. When they clog, water spills over the edge and soaks the ground right beside the foundation, which is a common cause of damp basements. In winter, trapped water freezes and can add to the ice that builds along the roof edge.
Signs it's time
- Water pours over the gutter during rain.
- You see plants or moss growing along the roof edge.
- Little or no water comes out of a downspout.
- There are stains or washed-out soil under the gutter line.
- The gutter is pulling away from the fascia board.
What to expect
Most homes with trees nearby need cleaning at least twice a year: late spring after the seeds drop, and late fall after the leaves. Homes under large trees may need it more often. We work from a ladder, so the job is done without walking on your roof. If a section needs new straps, sealing or a better slope, we show you and agree on the price first.

Questions about gutter cleaning and downspout check
Is it better to clean gutters in spring or fall?
Both help. Spring clears seeds and blossoms, and fall clears the leaves before winter. If you only do one, late fall after most leaves have dropped is usually the better choice.
Do you take the debris away?
Yes. We bag the leaves and grit and take them with us, unless you would rather keep them for compost.
Can you install gutter guards?
Yes, as an extra. Guards reduce how often you need cleaning, but most still need a check now and then. We explain the types before you choose.
What if a downspout is still blocked after flushing?
We try to clear it from the top and from the bottom elbow. If it is crushed or blocked underground, we show you and quote a repair or a new extension.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not the whole time, as long as we can reach every side of the house and use an outside tap. We show you what we found when we finish.
