Our process is designed to lift embedded debris, moss, and oil stains without damaging the finish of delicate concrete, interlock, or natural stone. Using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions, we wash thoroughly while protecting your surrounding landscaping. The goal is to bring back your surface’s original color and texture, improving both appearance and safety by reducing slippery buildup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will pressure washing damage my plants?
No. We take great care to pre-wet and cover surrounding landscaping. We also use eco-friendly cleaners that are tough on grime but safe for your grass and garden beds.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
We can significantly improve them. Fresh oil stains usually come out completely with our industrial degreasers. Older, deeply set stains can be lightened to become much less visible, though concrete is porous and may hold some shadow.
Do I need to seal the patio after washing?
It is highly recommended. Sealing protects the stone from UV fading, salt damage, and future stains. We can discuss sealing options during your visit.
Why is a Technical Visit necessary?
Pressure washing isn't "one size fits all." Using high pressure on older concrete can etch the surface permanently, leaving unsightly lines. For interlock driveways, aggressive washing blows out the joint sand, leading to shifting stones and weed growth. Our Driveway & Patio Washing assessment determines the correct PSI (pressure) and nozzle type for your specific material and identifies if re-sanding (polymeric sand) is required after cleaning to stabilize the pavers.
