You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a clearly defined scope, timeline, and material options. Even if you choose not to proceed, you keep the written findings and recommendations.

We typically confirm within 2 business hours by email or phone with the earliest available time window. For urgent issues, we try to offer same day response when scheduling and scope allow. Larger jobs may require material lead times if so, we coordinate the earliest visit that avoids delays once on site.

After the assessment we define a clear scope of work (tasks, inclusions, timeline, and material assumptions). Your quote reflects that scope as a fixed price it won’t change unless you approve a scope change or we uncover a hidden condition that wasn’t visible during inspection (e.g., concealed rot). Any change is documented with photos and options before proceeding.
